Breakfast is overpriced at $10 each for what is customary breakfast. Comparing a breakfast in Pacific galleries for two $376. A breakfast in the hotel 20 dollars for two very expensive. You can see how many passengers eat at the hotel and you will see that it is expensive. They should have intermediate rates. Small rooms and no services that pay for the stars you claim to have.
It is not maintained and can not be catalogued with four stars is an old hotel with an ugly palier. The $10 breakfast is excessive. I should have other options. When I got there, they gave me a dirty room and peeling paint. The pictures on the internet do not match the rooms. The pictures show large rooms and they are not extremely small. A disappointment. This will make me think about renting by this means again I have already had problems with these sites. When you go to the place it is not what they show you and it ends up being more expensive they charged me when I entered and not when I booked it. Different from the airlines. A scam.

The treatment of the staff, very kind. The hotel is nice inside,. it's elegant and very clean. I even had problems with my reservation and. they agreed to change the date free of charge, that they don't do that at. all.
Nothing from the hotel, just an incident with the person who cleaned my room. The day I left, since I forgot a black parka (jacket, they call it) and a black vest on the bed, as when I got up I opened it backwards. I forgot that my things were there, and in the morning I put everything away except that, and when I went up to get my suitcase one of the janitors accompanied me out of kindness and according to me everything was there, but it was not so and I remembered in the afternoon, I called to check if my clothes had been delivered and they said no.. No, the maid didn't deliver anything. I checked the suitcase to see if I was wrong and they weren't.. They stayed with me and I lost them. But it's not the hotel's fault, it's the dishonesty of the person who cleaned the room on February 7, 2019.

The location was great!
My room was small and very old. It didn't look like any of the pictures. It also didn't have a street view as it said on Booked.net. They also don't offer an airport shuttle service. The breakfast was ok. The staff didn't clean up any of the dishes from the previous guest so we had to do it yourself if you wanted a place to sit.

A strong reliable WIFI. Location was great. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choice.
I believe this hotel has been upgraded, but my floor 1st was not. The room was okay, but the carpet was wrinkled and worn through to the backing. I think the upper floors would be much better in this regard.

Great location and extremely smart reception area. Easy reservation through Booked.net. Staff generally nice and helpful. Lunch deals include great meal, drink and desert.
Rooms vary in tiredness and size. Can hear people, TVs and doors banging in corridors, adjoining rooms and a few floors away! Reception staff not consistent on price of a room if booked direct with them.

clean facilities, good wifi, beautiful decor
How about updating those old windows to something functional!!! Thin walls really need insulation, you can hear everything!!! Please consider improved room maintenance, broken baseboards and old wallpaper just aren't cutting it!!!

Wi-fi didn't work at the room, only at lobby. A/C woke up me at 4:30 AM. Check-in and check-out took excesive time.

The staff where in general very pleasant
The heating system in the room was a disaster either like a sauna or too cold, with no way of controlling the temperature in the room as it automatically as the central system was automatically turned on from time to time. When on had to open the windows wide to avoid the heat.

Location is okay. Near a park and next to Ave Florida which is a 3 km long shopping walkway. Staff are well-mannered and reception can manage some English. Its cheaper than the competition by a margin. Unlimited free wifi at a good speed.
Some creatures in the bug kingdom found in the room. Its a old building, so that's to be expected. They manage to hide very well though. Breakfast comes without eggs. Ask for that from the waiter.

Location; friendly and good disposition staff. This is an old building being renovated, clean rooms and very clean bathrooms. Do not expect an international breakfast but is a good Argentina style breakfast included with the room price. In general is a good hotel and I recommend it for the location, service, facilities and staff.
